This is the US debit card, not Coinbase One Card
The reviewed application guide covers US residents outside Hawaii, requires a Coinbase account and identity verification, and offers virtual and physical formats. Coinbase One Card is a separate credit product. Existing EU or UK card support pages are not evidence of new applications under these US terms.

Coinbase lists no card transaction fee, but a spread applies when crypto is bought or sold. ATM operators may charge their own fee. Crypto is converted to USD for purchases and withdrawals. Consult the applicable agreement rather than treating the card as free in every circumstance.

Spending and ATM limits are account-specific. The usage guide excludes certain countries and merchant categories, and says US transfers to services such as Venmo, PayPal or Cash App are not supported. Adding funds with a mobile wallet is not, by itself, proof that the card can be provisioned into that wallet.
