Scope and responsibility
This notice applies when you visit the Stablrcoin website, subscribe to a Stablrcoin briefing or contact us. “Stablrcoin”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this independent research publication.
Third-party websites, wallets, issuers, card providers and other services linked from Stablrcoin operate under their own privacy notices. We do not control their collection or use of information.
Information we handle
Information you provide
Your email address when you request the newsletter, and the contents and contact details included in messages you send to us.
Technical request data
Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, response status and similar logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Performance telemetry
The site may report limited page-performance measurements such as metric name, numeric value and quality rating. The telemetry payload is not designed to contain an email address or account ID.
Information we do not request
Stablrcoin does not ask for wallet keys, seed phrases, payment credentials, government identifiers or trading-account access. Never send these through email or any site form.
How we use information
We use information only where reasonably necessary to:
- deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and secure the website;
- process a newsletter request and operate double opt-in subscription;
- respond to questions, corrections and privacy requests;
- measure aggregate reliability and page performance;
- prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for newsletter communications, legitimate interests for security and basic service operation, and legal obligation where processing is required by law. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Retention and international transfers
Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the subscription is removed under the provider’s retention rules. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain a correction record or meet a legal obligation. Infrastructure and security logs follow the relevant service provider’s operational retention schedule.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers. Legal protections can differ by location.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about how personal data is used; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to receive equal service when exercising a privacy right. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
Send a request to hello@stablrcoin.com. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. You may also complain to the data-protection or privacy authority responsible for your location.
Security and children
We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and loss. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Stablrcoin is a professional research publication and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the publication, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date and version at the top identify the current notice. Material changes will be presented prominently when appropriate.
