Ready's August 12 notice says the existing card is being deactivated as the provider changes issuer. New-card availability will be announced separately. The old Mastercard, FX and reward claims are not carried over to the replacement program. This profile tracks a transition, not a currently verified new-card offer.

Ready announced a move from Starknet to a self-custodial Base account. Existing Starknet assets do not transfer automatically, and Ready X remains the route described for accessing the old account. Wallet migration and card deactivation are separate changes; use the provider's current recovery instructions for your account.

The Community Finance announcement describes community-specific cards and rewards, initially focused on esports partners. It is not a fee schedule or evidence that a particular country can already onboard. Confirm the live program, issuer and terms before comparing it with an available card.
