A virtual card costs $10 to issue; a physical card costs $100. These are issuance charges, not spendable balances or a general top-up rate. The previous generic 1% top-up label has been removed.

Physical-card withdrawals carry a 2% fee for HKD cards. USD cards charge 2% up to $10,000 per month, then 3% on the excess. The ATM schedule separately lists 1.2% for another currency and 1% for crypto conversion. This is not a complete purchase-fee schedule.
